I use OVGuide.com. They have a whole section devoted to MMA/ UFC. There are a ton of sites that show free MMA videos and UFC 86 was shown just a few hours after it aired.

I think it is too soon to see if for free right now. It has only been two days. Check youtube periodically. Someone will eventually post it up there.
