You have a lot of good suggestions to use already.  Also use "Boat Trader", the same company as "Auto Trader".

You also want to advertise outside of Knoxville, maybe as far as Atlanta.

Try the classified ads of a local Knoxville Tennessee Newspaper.  If there are any free classified newspaper place an ad in those.
