  3. Visit the supermarkets. I saw them in Melbourne, Adelaide and Sydney supermarkets.

    Australia is a cosmopolitan country, with a myriad of cuisines brought in by immigrants. Almost all ingredients for all types of cooking are available year-round.

  4. You could try looking at those wholesale shops which sell spices and sundries by weight?

    If you are in Perth, I'd suggest trying Kakulas in Northbridge. They have the most eclectic range of dried stuff! I always end up buying more than I need!!! lol
