  1. http://underground-history.co.uk/front.p...

There should be info on that site that will interest you.

  2. Pendar Sillwood's site is the best I know. It deals with each line in turn dealing both with lines that are closed and with stations closed on still open lines. ( note - it also deals with main line stations) See:- http://www.abandonedstations.org.uk/

  3. Further to the previous posts I understand that a lot of the LTM's archive of pictures and publicity can be viewed over the Web.

  4. I have found the same info that you are asking about in the shop of the london transport museum. you dont have to pay to go into the shop  or you can look up their stock on line.

  5. There's a very good book called 'London under London' that has some parts on underground railways.  Otherwise you could try contacting Subteranea Brittanica, a group who specialise in information onunderground structures and  the like, sometimes with site visits.
