Does anyone know where you can get a Georgia auto emissions test for $10?

I need to get my emissions done ASAP to re-register my car in Georgia. I need a place that charges the minimum ($10) for emissions tests, either near Midtown Atlanta (where I work) or the Norcross/Duluth area (where I live). They have to take plastic, too!

There's a gas station on Ponce de Leon and Briarcliff/ Moreland Rd. I don't know about the plastic.
