Does anyone know where you can play with the penguins while in Germany?

I heard that there is a zoo somewhere in Germany that lets you feed and play with the penguins.

the 'allwetterzoo muenster' let in weekends the penguins out for a while of their place they call it the penguin-march. after they march you might touch them for a while. here are some pictures for you.
