Does anyone know which cartoon has a boy with a talking zit in it????

My freinds and i were watching family guy tonight, and there is an episode where chris has a talking zit which makes him do things and controls him. We are sure there is a similar cartoon out there somewhere and they have got that from there but we cant remember what it is!!! Please help ease our poor addled brains rest...

There's a kid on "Fairly Oddparents" with a talking boil-- his name is Elmer.  It tells him what to do sometimes.  Maybe that's it??????

Fairly odd parents. One of the main character's friends has a huge boyle on the side of his face and it talks and makes him do evil things.

I can't believe I actually know this. But, this is what happens when you have younger siblings. The show is the Fairly Oddparents, and the kids name is Elmer. Wow. That's so sad.
