  1. well it looks like those cheap ones that people win from circus circus in las vegas .but they dont use expensive guitars for pics

  2. Okay, is it the red finish you like?  You can find a finish like that from several different manufacturers at several different price ranges. The shape of the guitar is what's called a dreadnought. Musician's friend is a good site to browse through:

If you're interested in learning to tell the difference between guitars, there are certain things to look at. Like the headstock (the part with the tuners.)  Different brands have different shaped headstocks. If you can figure out which brand the guitar is, then you look at things like the pickguard (the guitar in your picture doesn't have one), shape, size, and for an electric the number and position of the k***s and pickups, to figure out which make of guitar it is. If you can figure out the brand and make, you can go to that brand's website and see if the exact finish is available.

With this acoustic there's not much to go on - I don't recognize the headstock so I think sidecca-lover may be right that it's a cheap guitar just for the picture.

If you're interested in buying a guitar for yourself to learn how to play, the best thing is to go to a music store locally, because even two guitars that are supposed to be exactly the same will be different in how they play and feel. If you have one where you live, go to a guitar shop. The people at guitar shops can show you what you need to know to pick out a good one. It's hard to do over the internet because it helps to actually try out and listen to the guitar.

With an acoustic, you get what you pay for - cheap ones are made from cardboard and have a bad sound and bad string setup which will make the strings hurt your fingers, and expensive ones are made from expensive hardwoods and will stay in tune longer. As a beginner you don't need an expensive one, but you want the nicest one for the money, and you want it set up right, which makes a huge difference to how well it will play. So make friends with some people at the guitar shop if you can and get advice!  I guarantee Miley has a bunch of experts to keep all her guitars working properly.
