  1. Without paying a fee, all I can tell you is it's an unlisted/residential number out of Minneapolis, MN.  The link below tells you their provider information.

You can report that number to your phone company (for a very reasonable fee) and they will track it and contact the caller about harassment.  They can have their phone pulled completely.  I believe they (phone company) have to log three calls before they can do this for you.

  2. You have tried 411.com?  That has always worked for me.

  3. It's a telemarketer; they're owned by a scammer in Colorado who uses sweatshop rooms in India to call numbers pretty much at random.  They offer to lower your mortgage to get you to give them personal bank information.  Your mortgage will go down all right - after they steal everything you won't have a house to pay for!

  4. type the number into a google search... there's multiple websites asking the same question.

  5. It's a land line based in Twin Cities, MN.  I have an all inclusive phone plan so I dialed the number.  The ringing sound and computerized voice on the answering machine are of really poor quality and I can't tell what the voice said the name of the place was.

All you can do, is contact your local phone service provider and find out how to block that number from reaching you.

When the line is dead air then disconnects, it's because they are using a predictive dialer, but the human on the end of the line who should be talking to you, is either s******g around on work time, or does this all the time to keep their call times low and their volume high.   Call centres measure those things as the basis for giving raises.
