The yacht actually belongs to Carlos Peralta (article 2nd web link - Murder Money and Mexico!) and not Carlos Slim.

That ship belongs to Mr. Carlos Peralta, owner of the USA group and former owner of USACEL phone company.

Very very rich man, as you see....

People in Mexico say that Mr Carlos Peralta is a very very poor man.  

The only thing he´s got is money.
