Does anyone know who plays the new RA in the show "Greek" on ABC Family?

In the episode where Rusty is trying to figure out if polymer science is really his thing, his building gets a new Resident Adviser. The guy who plays the new RA looks very familiar, like he's in another movie or something, I just can't find out who he is. If anyone knows, I'd greatly appreciate if you'd answer. Thanks!

Michael Rady, you may recognize him from The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants 1 & 2, he plays Kostos, that's where I know him from lol.  He looks a little different on Greek though!

If you watch a lot of tv, you may have seen him in "Swingtown", he plays Laurie's teacher/boyfriend.
