Does anyone know who "Herbal Savers" is?

they have a hold on some money from my account, posted 7/9 and I do not know who they are and I have not purchased anything from such a company. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

They have a "pending" transaction on my account too.  Never heard of them. But my online account info shows a toll-free phone number for them so I am at this very minute calling them. I have been on hold for about 3 min. Hopefully, someone will actually answer the phone and I will come back and update you as to who they are.

UPDATE:  Okay, they answered the phone and said they are "just a customer service company" for products like Hoodia Fusion and several others they rattled off.  I have no idea how they got my name & account information as I have NEVER ordered this stuff.  BUT... according to the guy I spoke to if you ever ordered one of those types of products, even the so-called "free trial" offers, then you are automatically on their  "auto ship" program which means they ship stuff to you and charge your account periodically without any additional authorization.  I RAISED BIG TIME h**l with them and they said they "closed my account" and issued a refund. I have a confirmation number so I can check on it in a few days and I also filed a dispute with my bank to let them know it is a fraudulent charge.
