Does anyone know who this quote is originally from?

"True love cannot be found where it does not truly exist, nor can it be hidden where it truly does."

I heard it in a movie, and it's on a bunch of quote sites, it said who it was from on the movie but I can't remember, and all the sites just say anonymous, so does anyone know who said this?
