Does anyone know who to calibrate a laptop for photography?

  1. You can do a couple of things:

    a) You can download Adobe Gamma and follow their simple steps for a basic calibration

    b)You can purchase a copy of either Pantone hueyPro or Spyder Pro

    If you want accuracy I would really suggest you buy software. When I started out I used Adobe and although it's okay, it's not accurate. I found my laptop to desktop showed a shade or two different and when it was printed (by either myself or a lab) it was still different to the point where it can make or break a print.

    I personally have Spyder and you can calibrate a laptop monitor, desktop, printer and even the paper your using so that no matter what you're looking at everything will look and print the same.
