  1. There alot of jobs on a cruse ship, hairdressing, waitress and Waiter's, cleaners etc

the best thing to do is to contact a cruse company for example

    p and q

    http://www.pocruises.com/pocruising/Home...

i found this website for you

send them an email, on how happy and interested you are to work on a cruse and ask what is alivable ( job vacancy)

  2. If you are looking for a job onboard, it is better to apply directly with the cruiseline. Stay well clear of sites asking for money for guides or to put through your application.

It is actually a scam when these "agencies" take money for your application. Here is a quote from the Carnival website..

"Please be advised that these fraudulent ads are in no way endorsed by or affiliated with Carnival Cruise Lines. We encourage interested persons to apply directly to Carnival Cruise Lines by following the instructions on this web-site for the specific position being offered."

The more luxurious and prestige lines won't hire you without prior shipboard experience so try some of the following...

    www.carnival.com

    www.rccl.com

    www.ncl.com

    www.disneycruise.com

    www.hollandamerica.com

    www.steinerleisure.com (for beauty & spa)

    and for job sites...

    www.monster.com.uk

    www.hcareers.com.uk

    Good luck and have fun.

  3. 1. NEVER PAY FOR INFORMATION ON GETTING A CRUISE JOB-it is a scam

    2. Visit this site and try and find answers to your questions. Its free and full of usefull info

                  http://www.cruiselinesjobs.com/

    3. The best place to find out about current openings is at a crewing/recruitment agency. (there is a list of them in various countries on that site that i just gave)

  4. try P&O Larne for details

  5. Hi I work for a cruise specialist if anyone rings us and asks about jobs on the ships we always refer them to www.hardingbrothers.co.uk they deal with the employment for P&O, Ocean Village, Cunard, Seabourn, Saga, Fred Olsen, Orient Lines, Voyages of Discovery, Ilsand Cruises, Silversea and Crystal Cruises.  If you want to work on any of the american liners like Princess or Royal Caribbean you will need to apply to them directly.

Hope this helps and good luck some of my collegues have worked on ships its the best thing they ever did!!

  6. Hi,

Go to your local travel agent and ask for cruise brochures. The head office and websites are in the brochures for each of the cruise liners. This will save you hours of research.

    Good luck.

  7. most of the cruises website have a spot for jobs onboard....

from ireland.....????  you probably have agents over there too who could hook you up........in any capacity......

there used to be seachest cruises/p&o/ god i cant think....ill get back to u

  8. Most cruise lines post information on their websites. Here's one example: http://www.royalcaribbean.com/ourCompany...

  9. all the cruise line websotes will have a contact us section and most have a jobs section. I applied for P&O and Princess cruises but you will have to have an interview in London I would think.
