I started watching it but i never finished watching it, It was showing all the episodes just wanted to see If anyone saw and knows who won it?

That show is still being aired.  They show it on "The N" but MTV was running a mini-marathon to get more people to watch it.  So it hasn't been revealed who the winner was yet.
