    ODR is no longer offered by SquareTrade

    Due to eBay's change to its feedback system in May 2008, eBay will no longer withdraw feedback and we decided to discontinue the program.

    Saturday May 31 was the last day to submit feedback withdrawal notices to eBay. No feedback will be withdrawn after this. Learn more about eBay's changes to its feedback system.

    Over the years, we have successfully handled hundreds of thousands of disputes and feedback withdrawal requests, and have been honored to support your business. Thank you!

    SquareTrade will continue to provide all other services, including our Seal program and Warranty Services.
