Does anyone know why I can't change my 360 avater?

I changed the picture because somebody stole my avatar. I deleted the picture from my 360 page, and I replaced it with a photo of my face. I set the new picture as primary. It still shows my old avatar. I don't get it.

then:

after the photos have been uploaded.then go to yr yahoo answer profile.then edit yr profile, change the pic instead of the avatar...anyway all the best..it supposed to work!

Some users are experiencing a problem with the 360 avatar. it can take some time to show but it will eventually so try to be be patient.
