Does anyone know why Ronnie Radke went to jail or is in jail? And why him and max are fighting about murder?

I was reading someonething on myspace about Ronnie said that he was helping max out and having his back and everything and i was just wondering can someone send me the information or send me the website or something i can go on to read about this? I really want to know what really happend i don't think escape the fate can be anything this with out Ronnie Radke and does anyone know how long he will be in jail? fill me in please lol

He was sent to prison for a few reasons. One being, He violated his probation. He was doing drugs, and he was fighting. The whole friend killing an eighteen year old boy thing, Is comletely bogus. He is not being charged for his murder. He was there, and he was present when the murder happend, So he is being charged as an accesory to murder. So, yeahp. Thats just about it. And my personal oppinion, I think Escape the Fate is doing just fine Without him. Do not get me wrong. Ronnie Radke is absolutely amazing, (and adorable) but, Escape the Fate, can manage just fine without him. They have been doing good so far. (: And, Ronnie can start another band if he wanted to. I mean, hes good enoguh to just, start over. He really is. So, yeah. Thats about it. (:

He went to jail because he got blamed for killing someone but he didn't. His friend pulled the trigger, not him.
He also did drugs.
