Does anyone know why the Preakness Eve fireworks show was canceled this year?

Does not appear on any schedule of events and calls/emails to the info office have not been answered.

Question asker here.....Just to be clear---every year on the Friday night before the Preakness there is a free concert and a fireworks show on the harbor (not at Pimlico).  I always have folks visiting from out of town.  We spend Friday at the track for the Black Eyed Susan, then go down to Harbor East to watch the fireworks, then Saturday is Preakness day.   Just trying to find out what happened.  They have it every year and this year it's gone this year with no explanation.
