  1. Here are a few suggestions from my experience:  you can look these up on the Internet and see for yourself - but you can start with:

Le Train Bleu - Gare de Lyon (Train Station) one of the most beautiful restaurants in the Belle Epoque style in Paris.

Bofinger - located near Place de la Bastille.  Beautiful restaurant filled with flowers and mirrors.

Flo Restaurant - near Porte St. Denis - it's in a terrible area so take a cab - one of the most romantic spots in Paris (my cousin and his girlfriend just went there on my recommendation and loved it).  You'll feel like you're in a movie.

La Coupole, Chez Julien, Berthillon ....

There are many, many wonderful restaurants in Paris.  The best bet is to go to a website and search for "Paris restaurants" (there are too many to mention here) and do some research.

The few I mentioned won't disappoint.

    Joyeux Noël à Paris!

  2. Yep, opposite the metro at Place Cliche is a seafood restaurant to die for, it is in your price range. It is easily recognised they have a huge tank outside full of fresh lobsters It set me back 345 euros for 4 people including the wine. They also do a breast of duck cooked in a salt shell , its the business. Joyeux Noël
