Does anyone knows about the Employee time sheet hourly time rate versus 1/100 minutes?

Question

When you clock in at work...it reads 3:01 which is 3pm with one minute...How does this translate when it comes to pay. is it 3.10 or 3.05...There is a time table that will tell you if you clock in between .53 to .07 is counted as .10 of an hour. or something like that.
