Does anyone knows the postal office that is located in choluteca, honduras.

Maybe the phone number or the exact address because I need to send some letters to my family.

I don't know the phone number or physical address but address to your family members at CH 1100 Choluteca, Choluteca Honduras.  Don't expect it to be speedy though.  I had to make a month long trip to the U.S. recently and my wife mailed a letter to me from Honduras two days after I left.  It arrived at the U.S. address after I got back to Honduras.
