Does anyone knwo a lot about guitar sounds?

I'd like to get an electric guitar soon but i'm still debating what sound i want, i want a surf sound but i also like that bat sound like A7X so is there a guitar or a way to get a surfer and bat sound? or a mix?

Line 6 makes some amps with effects processors built in buy an electric for the feel My ibanez rg was my favorite and i wish i wouldve kept it.

this is exactly why most guitarist have 12 different guitars and 7 different amps...lol...but, you should check into something like Vox Valvetronix, or maybe an effects processor....any guitar will likely do.
