Does anyone like this name?

I know this isn't the baby name section, but they can be so judgmental about names :( I want to name my baby Lairen Elizabeth (Lair rhymes with hair). Does that sound good? Lairen Elizabeth Shiltz

I wouldnt like that to be my name but who if you like it go for it you know you dindnt get to pick your name so now its up to you to pick your childs name just make sure its not something people can easily make fun of becasue even though you shouldnt care about that life can be hard for a little kid with a bad name

wow i love the name lairen. it's very original. but think of how she might want a nickname, like abigail to abbey (me) but this is really random, i like renee. that is my opinion, but i LOVE LOVE LOVE the name you picked!

Lairen sounds a little strange and some people might have some spelling issues with it but...

I get the feeling that it might actually catch on. Maybe because it's so similar to Lauren.

I think it is a good name. it is different.

It has a nice ring to it. The words run together nicely. Some names don't run. Mine does: Avery Elizabeth. Other names don't have nice rings but this does. This is such a unique name and I'm sure your baby will be beautiful!

It's a very individual name, but I can see your daughter having to explain how to say her name to everyone she meets. Can you imagine every time she had a new teacher in school? They would call the roll and people might laugh if the teacher says it the wrong way. I know it sounds like something small, but for a young child it can be embarassing. I know because my middle name isn't an english one, so no one can pronouce it and the same thing happened to me at school!  

Elizabeth is a very classical name and I think its a great middle name, especially followed by Shiltz. Maybe if you like the sound of 'lair' you could try the name Clare? Clare Elizabeth Shiltz sounds pretty good to me;) Hope I have helped, Good luck and Congratulations!

It don't matter what other people think of the name its is yours to pick.  I think the name is different and I like the different names or different spellings.
