Does anyone living in fla know why casey anthony just got arrested an hour or so ago, im in ga and nancy ?

grace is the only one who covers it, so does anyone know the reason did they have the press confrence? i am praying for a miracle but just hope justice gets served for little Caylee.

This is exactly what I'm on here searching for. I've been looking at websites online trying to find out what's going on. I haven't been lucky to find anything yet. You are the first thing I've found. It  didn't say on Nancy Grace.  

Casey was handcuffed and taken away by police during the show.  Her attorney was not there, so it was not planned by them.

They keep saying the hair found in the trunk of the car "appeared" to be Caylee's hair.

The on lookers cheered.

She was arrested for forgery, fraudulent use of personal information and petty theft.  It is an unrelated charge.

Allegedly they found hair remains from a corpse in the trunk of her car.

I haven't checked your other question(s) yet, I just stumbled upon this one.  I watched Nancy Grace though, and according to her lawyer and sources, it was a planned grandstanding (the arrest) over Casey and an alleged theft (cheques) worth $700.00.  That's what the official charge was.

Her lawyer had stated that he telephoned the lead detective at 5:40 p.m. this evening, and offered to surrender his client, but he said "Not to worry, we're not arresting her".

I'm not pro-any babykiller, trust me.. just justice.  Apparently the pundits are stating that this is a game of 'arrest' and 'bail'.. to keep her on her toes.  But I think as another legal pundit on the show stated, that just following and monitoring her activities and letting her confess - She really has no other route, sadly.. the baby's probably gone.. or just getting Enough Information for a valid charge from letting her lead them to the truth, directly or indirectly would have been more productive.

So now according to people on NG, she's going to be bailed out on $300.00 bail tonight or tomorrow!  I don't understand, because I thought that the Bounty Hunter and his nephew were revoking her bail!
