Does anyone miss Wawa?

Question

Does anybody in the south (Florida,Georgia area)know what a Wawa is? If so do you think they should have them down here.

I recently moved from New Jersey and desperatly miss wawa and wanted to know if I was the only one?

I love Wawas!!! I don't know what I'd do without Wawas! They have milkshakes to die for!! I also love their sandwiches!! They are amazing!!!!!

haha there all over pennsylvania!!! i guess in a way its alot cooler then your typical gas station... gosh i hope i'm talking about the same thing your thinking about otherwise i'm going to feel like a totall loser!!!

I know what that is like, I visited florida a couple times and asked where the nearest wa wa was. Everybody said what's a wa-wa?

Goodness where do you get your coffee at now? Do they have a dunk n doughnuts down there? I forget if they do or not,cause they're coffee is sooooo good.

I lived in western Pennsylvania for four years after living in Philadelphia most of my life and being away from Wawa was one of the worst things about living out there.

I live in Pennslyvania and there are wawa's everywhere. I don't think there are any down south but I know in Georgia they have sheetz which is very very similiar to wawa.

I used to live in SC, didn't know what a Wawa was until I moved to the Delmarva area.  When we were moving here, we would make a funny noise "wawa", every time we saw one.

They're one of the better convenience stores / deli's.

Oh my God, yes.  I almost fell out of my chair when this question popped up.  

I live in MD and our local Wawa was recently closed because the college near it was causing it too many problems.  The kids would come in every weekend night and steal things and generally ransack the place.  I just went there for lunch during the week and had those magnificent sandwiches.  

God, I miss those sandwiches.  I hope you can find another one near you soon!

Maybe you should move back to Jersey.  lol.  I live in PA and we have three in the area.  We love stopping and picking up a sandwich or salad before my son's baseball game.
