think your going to struggle in sheffield mate as there arent any trainers in sheffield. I have worked with thoroughbreds for 6 years and know a few trainers. Look for trainers in cheshire and yorkshire they're the closest to your area. i am from manchester so i  know how difficult it can be.

There is a Northern Racing School in Doncaster but apart from that, most trainers up North will be up in Malton or Middleham. I worked in Malton and it was ok but much prefer Newmarket, better social life, more to do and not so cold in the winter. Michael Bell and Prescott's are good yards to work for.
