  1. www.bbc.co.uk/slink

When I was in training bras this site was my dictionary!

  2. www.kidshealth.com is grate click on growing up then click on any of the girls links it has tons of stuff on periods as well hope it helps

  3. I think she is only eleven and she should not know about it yet, but go to always.com.

  4. just talk to her about it :)

    but just go to teengirlspuberty.com

    something like that

but dont be afraid to talk to her

  5. go to www.always.com

I am 11 years old and at my school  we saw "The movie" and it explained everything the boys and girls part and we got pads and deo and it helped a lot

  6. go to www.always.com

  7. Try: www.coolnurse.com

They have great information about many different topics that your 11 year old daughter will need to know!

  8. You could try going to www.always.com. Or if you buy a package of tampons or pads made for juniors it usually comes with a little packet that talks about it.

  9. i think this is the web site that my health teacher used to teach us......

    www.kidshealth.com or .org.... try both.

  10. I know it's not a website but Bath and Body Works sells a book about the topic it is perfect for a 10-12 year old girl.  You can also get it on Amazon or a Borders.

I am a teacher and when I taught 6th grade health ed I used this book as a reference and many of my girls either had the book already or went out and bought it.  It is very clear and concise and doesn't "dumb" things down.
