Are you asking about The Ultimate Fighter show they have?

They have try-outs where you grapple and work out to see if you should be able to be on the show.

You have to go to the website and fill out an application.

They will look into your background and determine if you are qualified.

The easiest way would be to go to a fighters gym who has fought on the show.  Ie- Forrest Griffin, Jorge Gurgel, Mike Swick, Marcus Davis, ect.  Fight under them for a couple years and have them give you a recommendation.
