Does anyone no of any public hunting ground by Madison WI?

Ok im moving up to Madison for school. So I want to know if i should take my Bow.

well i live down in racine and theres a few places around here for public hunting.

or you could drive like an hour and a half north to Wiscon Rapids and i know theres lots of public hunting land there and also in Adams County which uis right outside of Rapids so its probably closer.
