Question:

Does anyone not like the Harry Potter series?

I only know a couple people who can't say they liked it:1) my old history teacher hates the books but hasn't even read one, 2) welll anyone who hasn't read one.

Is there anyone out there who has READ the books and doesn't like them?

I've read most of them and seen the movies and I don't like either of them.

I loved it...but then one day, right after the 7th came out, i didn't enjoy it anymore....

so I never read the last one...

i read most of the first book and the whole second part of the last (i had to in school we were reading them)

i effinn hate em they suck butt

the whole sci-fi bull c**p can just stop and the wizards its pretty much a waste of time

Nope. I started out with book 1 reading it to my kids, then by book 3 they were old enough to read it themselves - I was hooked (obviously) and I love the movie series. I was really disappointed they are moving the next movie to July! The only people I know that don't like them are heavy Christians that feel it delves too far into witchcraft....hmm, I don't agree!

Well i definitely do not like the movie as much as the book...the book it okay it is kind of interesting but it getsannoying in some way that everyone wants to be a magician just like with the Twighlight series everyone is sayin they are friggin Vampires and stuff anyways yes the harry potter book is great..=)

I've read them.

I think they're poor excuses for books, and wish everyone would stop raving about them like they're great works of literature and JK is a genius, because they're not and she's not.

a lot of die hard twilight fans say they tried to read it and got bored. psh. harry potter rocks.

alot of people at my school dont like them, but i go to a Christian school so they just automatically dont like them.

I don't really like it.

I don't have a problem with people who love Harry Potter.

But it annoyed me, every f*cking year a new movie came out and those 5-year-old fans made a huge deal about it. Wearing witch costumes to the theater. Can't even watch the movie cause they keep waving their fake wands around trying to act like Harry Potter.

harry potter books rock. the movies are just as good :D i didn't like the 4th one much. it kinda dragged itself out too much. but overall, the story is great. if someone hates something and they dont even know waht it is, then they're not worth listening to.

First- LOVE that you are supporting Amy :) That picture is awesome. I love the dress!

Second- I haven't read a complete book. I read one for about 30 minutes and could not get into it at all. And I once tried watching the movies for at least 30 minutes, as well. Again, could not get into it. I just can't stand it. I don't know why. I just don't like it at all. I like Charmed a lot more.

So technically I have read SOME of one of the books and seen SOME of the movie, and hate Harry Potter because of it. So I did try to like him, but I just could not get into it. Sorry.

I love the Harry Potter series.

I know a couple people that do not like the series. I think that they just don't like the plots (the magic world) and how big the books are.

Also, I think Harry Potter is starting to die down. Everyone is talking about Breaking Dawn and books like that.

I think Harry Potter is getting unpopular, though I do enjoy the books. I have Books 1-4 and Book 7.

(I will be getting book 6 for my birthday, which is in 4 days!)
