I'm not sure what FREE stuff you want but you can hook your computer up to your PC  using  an svid cable, or video RCA, and a  audio to stereo RCA cable.  It all depends what jacks you have on your PC and TV.  if your computer doesn't have a TV out then you'll need to add a video card with TV outs.
