  1. Yes, antidepressants can sometimes make you gain weight. However, I don't know if that is true for ALL antidepressants. You can ask your doctor about that. With one antidepressant, Wellbutrin, people actually lose weight!!

    However, I don't think weight gain is that substantial with antidepressants. Some mood stabilizers and antipsychotics really make you put on a LOT of weight.


  2. Antidepressants make you gain weight.  I think that is what you are asking.  

  3. Yes! I put on about 2 stone over a period of about a year, but it did come off again quite easily after I came off the medication.
