  1. Please be careful.  Chiropractors, message therapists, acupuncturists, etc., can't fix idiopathic scoliosis. These people adjust the soft, connective tissues and that may (or may not, you can't tell ahead of time) make you feel better, but remember, idiopathic scoliosis is not a connective tissue disease. Your spine is growing curved.  "Adjustments" can't change the shape of your vertebrae.

  2. it is quite unsafe to  go in for surgery for scoliosis.u may as well consult a good massage master under medical supervision.

in the absence of chiropractor, u may also try for a yogic expert, who may help u. however, chiropractor is the best choice of all the three.

if it is feasible to visit India, we've a no. of acupressure/acupuncture experts here @ Hyderabad.

all the best to from www.saioam.com

  3. Dr. Jameson T Uy

If they are far away call them and they may have somebody closer to you.  Good luck with your scoliosis - Chiropractic can definitely help prevent surgery, which usually does nothing but make you stiffer.
