I don't beleive they are trueful. There seem to be something about the winners list that stay the same are something. I really can't explain it. Help me out. Go to PCH.Com and look at the winners.

no, but i very often wonder about that myself. i think that  all the people who participate in publishers clearing house ads, knowing this to be a lie should be held and flogged together with the  owners/ managers of that company.
