I work as a volunteer three days a week helping out in the cafe run by my local community church. Our clientele are mainly lonely, elderly people and they come for the chat and company as much as for a cheap nourishing meal. We also deliver lunches and packed meals to the house bound. I enjoy it very much and find it helps me as well.

I volunteer at the food bank some evenings, and volunteer with the local high school when they need help.

I do on occasion.  Usually to get expose for my businesses but free labor is free labor.
