Does anyone on the GO trains actually check if you have your tickets?

Just wondering cause i'm new to the system but it seems like you can just get one day if you dont have a ticket or dont have time to get one. Do they ever check anymore?

I'm sure they do random checks. I have had friends get caught and fined for riding without tickets and it's expensive, so I would just buy one if I were you.
