Does anyone one elce out there fell like they lost themself to motherhood?

I have a 5yr old and ever since then its just been my son & I how do you hold on to me? and when Am i suppose to go out?

meet some friends with kids so you can babysit for each other.  i have a friend like that.  she takes my son sometimes, and other times i take her girls.  then we both get breaks.

Get a babysitter once in a while to go out with friends to dinner or to get a drink.
