Does anyone out there have a number of candelabras or nice centrepeices for wedding willing to sell cheap?

I love candelabras so anything like that would be great.

dont want to pay anymore than $15 each including postage.

Try the party shoppes and craft centers the usually have some for rent or better yet have you looked at flea markets, resale stores, garage sales you can get the there for dirt cheap.

I actually have 18 clear glass hurricane sconces...20 inches tall, with a thin stem and a nice bowl on top to hold a candle, flowers, stones, or whatever you can imagine.

I am selling them for $10 each and then whatever shipping would be...I originally paid $15+shipping+tax from a wholesaler who deals with Michael's crafts.

Have you checked out Craigslist...party/event rental stores...local craft stores?

You need 'giant' candelabra for weddings so that the guests on opposite sides of the tables can see each other. 78cm tall is the average. If you are using a florist to decorate them then they will rent them to you, but to buy they are over $100 each new.
