  1. thats not depression i can tell you now. those are just uncontrollable emotions. Depression is feeling useless, worthless, abused, and pushed away.....

  2. it's called 'malaise'

    only sorta kidding..

yeah people get weird random moods- often due to the normal fluctuation of chemicals in your brain.

life's a kick in the pants, huh?

  3. I'm on here looking for answers to some mental health problems and came across your issue. I feel the EXACT same way you do. Lately, I am exhausted, very depressed, but not sure what even took place to make me this way! I feel like I don't care about anyone/thing in my life for the last week. It's not that time of the month, and I'm not going through menopause, I am just severely depressed.

I am also like you, because I am not suicidal. Not even one thought of suicide enters my brain. Just lots of crying. I am totally with you on this one, and hope someone answers that knows exactly what is going on, because like you this is random, and I want answers! I'm seeing a therapist, and psychiatrist for help. Tryin to get on wellbutrin to help. Good luck and God bless!

  4. women are like waves; we experience ups and downs. this is pretty normal as I do experience them too. I read about this in the book, Men are from Mars Women are from Venus. Mayb you can check it out

  5. Teens are obviously moody. But when someone has a diagnosable clinical illness there is lots more going on than just moodiness.

When Teens with emotional disorders receive treatment, then the future can be one filled with promise, rather than despair. And finally, that is the hope and the vision that sustains all parents, during the complicated period of life called adolescence.

As we well know, the teen years are very difficult to negotiate, for parents and teens alike. They are [the teen years] the stuff of frustration, sometimes sadness, and sometimes great joy.

I hope that you  live these years fully, because before too long, you will be an adult.
