Does anyone out there know how to get assisstance with daycare in northcounty san diego?

I have been on the waitlist with the ymca and head start and no one is helping me for almost 10 months. I keep calling and I only make 2000 a month for two people. how do they expect me to pay day care, rent, food, gas, bills, clothing, and car payment and ins.? someone has to know something. We are living in my car right now cause no one cares unless you're not from this country. I deserve a chance, don't I. I want to keep my job and my baby, that's all.

I hope this doesnt' come across as rude but there must be a high cost of living where you are because $2000 a month income where I am would be great.
