Does anyone out there know if KinderCare Day care centers in stockton,ca are any good?

Have you heard anything bad about it. Pros -- Cons etc...any 411 would be appreciated.

Each site really depends on the teachers your child has. Kinder care is a huge corporation, I feel it has a institutional feel to it. They all follow the same curriculum ideas weather or not that area can relate ( example- A snow theme even in California where children have never seen snow)

I would try to meet the teachers and find out their philosphy about children in preschool. At this young age , I prefer a homely more play based preschool for children. They will be in a school environment such as Kinder care for the next 15 years. Let them play more and be a little more relaxed.

If you have narrowed down your choices and have have the names of the establishments, go to the

"Better Business Bureau" website at   www.bbb.org

It shows whether there have been any complaints against the company, how long they've been in business and the owner/management contact names and numbers.    

Also check the name of any employee at a daycare against your city or county "registered sexual offenders" list.
