I try to avoid going outside as much as possible.I usually try to stay in my house and don't go out to do alot of things like my family does.

And I'm also a huge anime fan.I'm a shut in otaku.

What is the other word for that?It starts with an H,but I forgot what it was...hikky somthin' or other...

I don't know about Hikky, but as far as terms are concerned, you may be looking for "Agoraphobic."  It doesn't seem like you actually are one, but rather just anti-social.
