Does anyone own a Liquid Cooling System with their PC (need help)?

I am wanting to get my system as perfect as i can, and i have heard it can help a system if done right.

Have you found it to improve your system's performance?

Is it easy to assemble in the PC?

what would be your best suggestion for a system with:

AMD processor

9600 gt Geforce Video card

3 gigs of memory

medium tower.

any help would be apreciated.

You are better off with a fan based system, you risk a lot of trouble putting any liquid in a PC. In the event of a leak you are screwed.

3 fans should more than cool the setup you describe.
