Does anyone own a Medela Swing breast pump, if so do you like it?

I'm planning to use it quite often so I wanted one that's fast and efficient

I have the medela swing and it is a life saver

I had the avent one and i could be standing there dripping from the nipples and it didnt pull out a drop

I got the medela swing on the advice of my lactation consultant and it is brilliant i get let down nearly immediately and i get a lot out all the time and it only takes 20 minutes

Only thing is that sometimes condensation gets in the tube just disengage it from the bottle and let it pump for two minutes after you are finished and it clears

I also used the electric one and it worked fantastic!  Medela is a really good pump all round

I have a Medela Electric Pump and I have the Medela attachment kit I use when I hire the best hospital grade pump available. I was able to relactate a baby when I didn't have a drop left.

I think Medela is a wonderful brand. So while I can't comment on the swing model, I'd say it will be very good.

I've got both the Medela mini electric and the Medela Harmony. I found the electric pump had a slow pumping action so I switched to the Harmony. This is a really comfortable and easy pump to use. I haven't used the Swing pump but i imagine it would be just as good as the other pumps I have used. I would recommend the Madela brand.

Hi, I have the medela swing its fantastic, I always have a letdown, and it feels just like my little one, its really efficient and I always get heaps out, I actually used the lactina one in hospital and then I rented it for a few weeks but that was quite expensive so then I went out and bought the swing and I bought a cooler bag and bottles from ebay and so far I have been able to combine breastfeeding and working really well, if your going to use it alot then you need to spend a bit to get a good one and highly recommend  anything in the medela range
