You do not need training to operate Demat account as your back have sufficient knowledge and they provide help whenever needed. Banks have experienced staff to deal with demat accounts solely for this purpose, consult your bank manager and he will give you the best person to tell you how to operate your demat account, provided your bank is a reputed one

First of all understand that it is DEMAT account and not DMAT

and DEMAT means dematerialised account

to learn about DEMAT account, options are

1. You get the books from stationery stores like. Anupam, Agarwal at Goregaon etc.

2. Read from the Internet

3. Go to the ICICI Direct and they will teach you

4. Visit your financial advisor he will guide you

5. Visit your local bank who opens the DEMAT account for public

6. Find out the Share Trading classed in your locality

It is advised that you open the DEMAT account as well as trading account at one place for the convenience.
