Does anyone read the Elfen Lied Manga?

Question

So i just finished the like, 12 episodes and I thought that show ROCKED. (I wish there was a second season)

But i know there is a manga too and since I don't read manga I was wondering if anyone kew a website where i can read it OR if someone just give me a basic summary of what happens in the end would be great!

why do the good animes always either get cancelled, or take forever with another season?

places to read manga: mangafox,(already stated-onemanga,) bleachexile, mangabox, mangavolume, mangarun. I know there are more but i usually find what im looking for at one of these websites
