Question:

Does anyone realize that Georgia attacked S. Ossetia first?

Georgia attacked South Ossetia on the opening day of the olympics, killing 2000 people, many with Russian citizenship, and destroying 70 percent of the city. Russia retaliated; now, I can't even go into my email without seeing headlines everywhere about the 'terrible Russian oppression' of Georgia. Is anyone else frustrated by this?

  1. No, they didn't.  You're gullible enough to believe Russian propaganda.  You would have followed Hitler.  Georgia was fighting the separatists in South Ossetia.  Do you know what the separatists and the Russian "peacekeepers" were doing?

  2. Yup, how stupid do you have to be to attack Russia? Real stupid!!

Nope, I just laugh at the fools who refuse to read the entire story before spouting off.

Typical bullies whining and crying because the intended victim fought back.

  3. ya at first i thought it was the Russian

  4. What in the world are you talking about? That's like saying that the United states attacked watts during the rebellious riots there a few years ago.

Or that france attacked the rioters in Paris, they not only Had the right, but the responsibility to reestablish order and control

The Russians moved ethnic Russians to that regions during the Russian communist empirical occupation historically known as the Soviet Union. The purpose was to outnumber the people there, the same thing that the Chinese are doing in Tabet.

Second the border that they crossed in the attempt by KGB Putin to reestablish the empire is an established international, internationally recognized border, that my freind is an invasion.

I hope the Russians are kicked out in the end, and pay a large price. Just like they got when they invaded another neighbor, and, destablized that region until today.

  5. Georgia has also been trying to get into NATO. The USA supports this.

France and Germany have been opposing it on the grounds that it would anger Russia. They were right to oppose it. The Georgian politicians sent 2000 of their troops to Iraq. I think they were seeking to manipulate the USA into helping them against Russia. Don't forget that Stalin was a Georgian politician. Don't think that they are simple, innocent, freedom-loving people.
