Does anyone recommend acer laptops n if so whats better more ram or space?

Hey

I am a student and am looking to buy a laptop in the next few days but i needed some advice. Basically, i'm on a budget of about £400 max n have found 2 good deals being either:

ACER Aspire 5920 with 2GB RAM and 250GB space or

the same model an ACER aspire 5920 with 3GB RAM and 160GB space

They are both £399.99.... is 2GB a lot less than 3GB in terms of RAM.

So is ACER really a good value laptop manufacturer and are there any better value laptops or manufacturers around that price range with good performance and reliability?

Depends what you're going to use it for.

If you're going to use the computer for gaming or any other type of 3D graphics application, go with the 3GB RAM one. Otherwise, go with the one with more space.

Which ever one has a better processor and then just add some ram

i recommend IBM they make a very durable laptops,also laptop by IBM they are

for business ,or students they comes with all networking ,long life battery,IBM is

my choice i ve got a thinkpad lenovo t60 with pentium r .is very fast and handy,and

mobile .can be carried easely anywere .
